How to be Happy Without Conformism

To be happy without conformism is a utopia in our world.

What does conformism mean? This means to accept something even if you don't like it because you feel that there is no other option available.

So, you accept the dust in your house because you don't have the time to clean it, you accept the noise in the streets because you cannot do anything about all the traffic, and so on. You keep accepting everything that upsets you but that you cannot change.

Things go deeper when you marry the person whom you know is not really ideal for you but who appears to be the best one available. Or when you are disrespected and you accept it or accept circumstances that determine the way you live, without even trying to understand it.

You accept what you dislike and try to be fine on a daily basis although things are far from what you would like them to be.

However, you expect to be happy, despite all the contradictions in your life and all the things that are constantly on your mind and upset you.

If you analyze this thought logically, you will see that this desire is absurd. How can you find happiness by accepting so many things that upset you? How can you ignore everything and simply "be happy" if everything that irritates you is constantly annoying you?

You cannot stop the chaos in this world or prevent daily problems, but you can build your happiness by transforming your psyche, so that you are not irritated by your dislikes and you may at least slightly improve and correct the irritating world you live in.

If you don't know where to start, start writing down your dreams because the wise unconscious that produces them is a doctor and a teacher that will inform and guide you.

You can learn how to discern what is really good and bad even though it doesn't seem to be so, and you can also learn how to eliminate what is harmful in your life by interpreting your dreams.

Thus, your happiness will be based on the transformations you make and not on acceptance.

Prevent Depression and Craziness through the scientific method of Dream Interpretation discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by Christina Sponias, a writer who continued Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere.
